Social Media Management

Your Angle will implement the following in it’s management of Yelo Cafes.

 
 

+ Communication - Yelo & Your Angle 

  • We will create a ‘Webex’ group chat between Mike and Your Angle where we can communicate and utilise it to discuss marketing matters such as queries and updates. 

  • Additionally we will create individual Webex accounts for each Yelo Business whereby each cafe manager can share content into the chat via the business work phone. 

  • Schedule monthly meetings to discuss any new ideas

+ Social Media Management 

  • Provide 5 main posts per week to Instagram. Posts will come in the form of reels and still images. 

  • Provide 7 Instagram and Facebook story sets per week. These stories disappear after 24 hours and allow followers to engage with the business on a day to day basis with events which occur throughout the day specific to each Yelo business. Each story set will be comprised of multiple slides. 

 

+ Strategy & Planning 

  • We’ll help you get your message out to your community and can help navigate any future collaborations. 

  • Promote the ethos, values, vision, purpose and behaviours of Yelo cafe within the greater community such as the use of fresh foods. 

  • Assist to develop and deliver marketing plans for new relationships to evaluate how we release it to the public, its purpose, the goal and more. For instance in the case of previous Street X collaboration. 

  • Assist in delivering various marketing strategies in conjunction with senior management 

Content Creation

Monthly Content Production maintenance. We will help you get your message out to your community but also maintain your relationships through content which resonates with your brand.

 
 

+ Content Creation - Social Account Maintenance

  • A Your Angle staff member will come in once a week to shoot content at each individual Yelo Cafe - this will be done seamlessly, without disrupting the work flow of employees and customers. Capturing content such as reels that showcase staff creating coffee’s, açai bowl, overall cafe ambience etc.

  • Additionally throughout the month we will organise some shoots with people who represent the cafe’s culture to capture organically shot content. We will focus on capturing what sets you apart from your competitors and showcase the authentic Yelo vibe. This will be utilised to create a library of content which we can utilise over the month for content on the socials to ensure we have a consistent flow of imagery and videos at all times.

This will cover the 360 marketing and social media management of all four of the Yelo Cafe’s on a monthly basis.

+ UNUM Collaboration Software - $49

  • This allows business owners to review all of the scheduled posts via an online portal before it goes live.

  • Owners can additionally leave feedback on a post by clicking on it to comment their notes, should they require an amendment before a post goes live.
